Definitions and Scope of Agreement

In this document, "Platform" refers to the kiss912 website and all services provided within it. "Member" refers to any individual who has successfully registered and holds an active account. "Agreement" means the entirety of the terms and conditions set out here.

This Agreement covers all aspects of platform use including account registration, betting activity, financial transactions, bonus claims, communication with the support team, and any other interaction with kiss912 services. These terms are in addition to the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which also form part of the overall agreement.

Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use the kiss912 platform, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age on the date of registration.
• Not be prohibited by local or international law from participating in online gambling activities.
• Register using accurate, complete and current personal information.
• Not hold any other active account on this platform — each individual is only permitted to hold one account.
• Not act on behalf of another person when opening or using an account.

kiss912 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time. Members who fail to provide satisfactory verification documents within the specified period may be blocked from making withdrawals or have their accounts terminated.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

The kiss912 platform supports the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) or cryptocurrency equivalent converted at the current rate.

The minimum deposit per method is RM30. The minimum withdrawal is RM100 and the standard processing time is between 5 and 30 minutes once the request has been verified. kiss912 does not charge any processing fees on approved transactions.

Funds deposited into a kiss912 account are for gambling purposes only. Members are not permitted to use this account as a savings or money transfer facility. kiss912 reserves the right to decline or withhold any suspicious withdrawal until an investigation has been completed.

Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

The kiss912 welcome bonus offers a 100% match of up to RM888 on a new member's first deposit. For example, if you deposit RM100, you will receive a bonus of RM100 bringing your balance to RM200 — and the wagering requirement is RM100 × 20 = RM2,000.

For the maximum qualifying deposit, if you deposit RM1,800, you receive a bonus of RM888 bringing your balance to RM2,688 — with a wagering requirement of RM888 × 20 = RM17,760 before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

• Each bonus may only be claimed once unless stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the period specified for each promotion.
• Bets placed using bonus funds alone may not count in full for certain game types unless stated otherwise.
• kiss912 reserves the right to modify or end any promotion without prior notice in the event of abuse.
• Accounts found to be exploiting promotions through unauthorised means may be suspended without a refund.

VIP Programme and Loyalty Rewards

kiss912 rewards loyal members through a VIP programme that offers weekly cashback. There are three VIP tiers: Bronze with cashback of up to 0.5% per week, Silver with cashback of up to 1.0% per week, and Gold with cashback of up to 1.5% per week.

VIP tier advancement is determined by a member's betting activity and loyalty over time. Cashback is calculated from the net total of betting activity during the relevant week and will be credited to the account on a regular basis. The applicable wagering conditions are as stated at the time of crediting.

Member Conduct and Prohibited Use

Members are strictly prohibited from doing any of the following while using the kiss912 platform:

• Using automated software, bots or other methods to gain an unfair advantage during play.
• Colluding with other members to manipulate game outcomes or share winnings in an unauthorised manner.
• Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.
• Using another person's card or bank account information without valid authorisation.
• Spreading false or misleading information about the platform to third parties.
• Carrying out any activity that could compromise the security or integrity of the platform's systems.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of all outstanding bonuses, and in cases of fraud, further legal action.

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

kiss912 operates under an international licence and uses the latest encryption technology to protect member data. However, the platform is not liable for losses arising from technical disruptions beyond our control, including third-party internet service outages.

All games available on this platform use a certified random number generator (RNG) to ensure fairness. kiss912 makes no guarantee that gambling activity will result in profit. Members acknowledge that gambling carries financial risk and must bet only with funds they can afford to lose.

Account Closure and Suspension

Members may request account closure at any time through customer support channels. Prior to closure, all valid funds remaining in the account will be returned via the payment method used for the last deposit, subject to identity verification requirements.

kiss912 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account without prior notice where there is evidence of a breach of these terms, fraud, or a threat to platform security. In cases of suspension caused by a violation, any balance associated with fraudulent activity may be forfeited.

Amendments to the Terms and Conditions

kiss912 reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time in accordance with operational requirements, legislative changes, or service improvements. Material amendments will be communicated to members via in-platform notifications or by email.

Continued use of the platform after any amendments are published is considered acceptance of the updated terms. Members are advised to check this page regularly to stay informed of the latest terms in effect.

Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

This agreement is governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where kiss912 is licensed to operate internationally. Any dispute arising from or relating to the use of this platform shall first be resolved through negotiation between the member and kiss912 management.

If negotiation is unsuccessful, the dispute will be referred to an arbitration body recognised and agreed upon by both parties. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.
